Schedule & Compensation
- On-site in Brooklyn, NY
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 21 hours per week (.6 FTE)
- $80,000-$81,000 annual salary (prorated)
- Eligible for employer-paid 1199 Union Benefits
- Evaluate and treat primarily adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- DPT or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active New York State Physical Therapy License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Prior Physical Therapy experience required
- Outpatient experience preferred
