Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload independently from intake through resolution
- Utilize advanced legal technology and case management systems
- Provide excellent client service, including regular verbal and written updates
- Handle litigation with a client-first approach
- Collaborate with support staff, attorneys, and other team members
- Participate in case strategy discussions, especially for high-value or complex matters
- Contribute to building a strong reputation in the field of injury law
- Proven track record demonstrating strong legal expertise
- Ability to manage a high caseload without compromising quality
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Client-focused mindset with the ability to maximize case outcomes
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
