Key Responsibilities Include
- Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
- Preparing and presenting insurance quotes
- Generating new business and expanding existing accounts
- Managing client relationships and providing ongoing support
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service
- Experience in sales, customer relations, or account management
- Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products and services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with insurance management systems and related tools
- State insurance producer license or willingness to obtain one
- Proven ability to meet targets and build a strong book of business
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in an independent insurance agency is a plus
Salary : $18 - $25
