Our Client seeks a compassionate Pediatrician (MD) to provide primary care to infants, children, and adolescents in a well-established outpatient practice.
The Pediatrician will deliver evidence-based, family-centered care, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with an experienced clinical team in a flexible, work-life-balanced setting.

The Pediatrician will deliver evidence-based, family-centered care, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with an experienced clinical team in a flexible, work-life-balanced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well-child visits, developmental screenings, and preventive care.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions; administer immunizations.
- Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
- MD in Pediatrics, licensed (or eligible) in Connecticut; Board Certified/Board Eligible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to compassionate, family-centered care.
- Pediatric experience preferred; qualified new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedule with no hospital call.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
