What You'll Do
- Run the full sales cycle: prospect → present → close
- Meet with homeowners seeking premium window & door replacements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline (leads provided self-generated)
- Present proposals, educate customers, and close high-ticket deals
- Partner with our install ops teams for smooth handoffs
- Own your numbers. No excuses. No hiding.
- Proven sales experience (home-improvement, solar, roofing, HVAC, or other premium B2C preferred)
- You hit targets consistently and want more - bigger deals, bigger commissions
- High character, honest communication, and a competitive edge
- Miami-based and hungry to dominate this market
- Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish
