Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth project execution from takeoff to installation.
- Lead and support sales, estimating, and installation teams.
- Perform or verify takeoffs using Measure Square to ensure accuracy and profitability.
- Manage project schedules, materials, and labor while keeping jobs on time and within budget.
- Handle vendor and client communications; negotiate pricing and maintain strong relationships.
- Track financial performance and assist with estimating, invoicing, and cost management in QuickBooks.
- Implement and refine operational processes for improved efficiency.
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- 5 years of experience in flooring, construction, or a related trade (flooring background strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Measure Square or similar takeoff/estimation software.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budgeting, job costing, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
