Responsibilities
- Handle medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents; conduct depositions; attend hearings.
- Work closely with Senior Partner on case strategy and trial preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice in Florida.
- 5-10 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation.
- Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
- Defense-side medical malpractice experience.
- Experience with complex or high-stakes cases.
