Work on hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial/institutional projects, supporting 3D coordination and mechanical system design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D coordination, fabrication, and spool drawings
- Develop mechanical layouts using CAD and project specifications
- Coordinate across trades for large-scale construction projects
- Support field teams in resolving mechanical conflicts
- 3-5 years of Mechanical BIM / 3D coordination experience
- Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, SysQue, and AutoCAD
- Experience in hospitals, labs, or large institutional projects
- Hands-on field experience with mechanical systems
- Background in sheet metal, piping, and plumbing (all three required)
- Ability to produce accurate 3D coordination drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently
- Stable work history and good communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Full-time, in-person role
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
