What You'll Do
Facility Maintenance
- Perform preventative and routine building maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Complete minor plumbing repairs
- Repair lighting fixtures and replace bulbs
- Inspect building systems, parking lots, roofs, and grounds
- Complete work orders and document repairs
- Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs such as HVAC
- Perform preventative maintenance on company fleet vehicles
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain service records
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Coordinate outside repairs when necessary
- Drive company vans and diesel coaches to repair facilities as needed
- Help ensure fleet vehicles remain safe and road-ready
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class B CDL with Air Brakes endorsement
- Ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Experience with general building maintenance
- Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fleet maintenance experience
- Experience with commercial vehicles, buses, diesel equipment, or trailers
- Previous facilities maintenance experience
- Healthcare, commercial, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance experience
- $20-$28/hour based on experience
- Up to $3,000 in tenure bonuses
