Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems
- Schedule and conduct weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspections of equipment, electrical, fire / sprinkler system, generators, etc.
- Implement best practices in facilities management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee Legionella program and inspections of water systems
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team and facility.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, fire / sprinkler systems and generator's, HVAC
- Proficient in organizational skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
- Experience with project management principles as they relate to maintenance operations is preferred.
