- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, memoranda, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Review contracts, records, discovery, and other case materials.
- Assist with litigation, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Support transactional and advisory matters as needed.
- Manage multiple assignments and deadlines across various practice areas.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Utah State Bar or eligibility for admission within an acceptable timeframe.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work across different areas of law.
- Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and take on increasing responsibility.
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
