Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and support the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective task completion
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across all plant equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage) using schematics, meters, and diagnostic tools
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, mechanical components, and industrial machinery
- Coordinate maintenance with production teams to minimize operational downtime
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, especially regarding electrical and industrial procedures
- Plan and manage maintenance budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on technical skills, safety practices, and standard procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment records
- Proven experience in industrial or facilities maintenance, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems (including high voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC, PLCs, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with project management for maintenance planning and execution
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to train and guide staff
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
