- Manage a diverse caseload involving commercial, business, municipal, construction, employment, and insurance defense litigation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and develop effective case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Attend client meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in all phases of litigation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
- Utilize legal technology and automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate time entries, file management, and compliance with firm standards.
- Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
- 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience in commercial, business, construction, employment, municipal, or insurance defense litigation preferred.
- Trial experience is a plus.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems.
- Outstanding communication, professionalism, and client relationship skills.
