What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at W3Global?

Real estate and/or Homeowners Association (HOA) litigation experience is strongly preferred, as that is the primary focus of the team. However, candidates with a general litigation background will also be considered, as many of those skills are transferable even without direct experience in this specific practice area.

Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
We currently offer a hybrid office/remote schedule.
