- Manage cases independently from intake through resolution (settlement, motion, or trial)
- Draft and argue motions; conduct and defend depositions
- Handle discovery, legal research, and court filings in state and federal courts
- Collaborate with senior attorneys while maintaining ownership of assigned matters
- Strong background in civil litigation defense
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice and court procedures
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
- JD from an accredited institution with active bar admission
- Opportunity for in-office or fully remote work depending on candidate location
Salary : $125,000 - $225,000
