In this role, you would be responsible for managing and closing a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions, clearing title issues, and coordinating seamless closings. This position blends operations and sales, requiring you to act as a trusted resource for realtors and loan officers, attend industry events, and proactively build a loyal network of real estate professionals.
The Ideal Candidate Has

The Ideal Candidate Has
- 5 years of escrow/title experience with a strong grasp of the full closing process
- A small book of business
- Strong relationship-building and operational skills
- A proactive approach to outreach and client acquisition
- Familiarity with title software systems (Qualia certification is a plus)
- A Notary Public commission (Bilingual in Spanish is also a plus)
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
