Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily or senior living construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of proven project management experience, demonstrating the ability to successfully plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

- Lead and manage multifamily or senior living construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change orders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- 7 years of Project Manager experience, preferably in multifamily or senior living construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, trade coordination, and project delivery methods.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
