Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop conceptual design narratives, material palettes, and spatial layouts.
- Create design presentations, diagrams, and renderings using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Lead design documentation in Revit, including lighting layouts, furniture plans, sections, details, and full construction drawing sets.
- Mentor junior designers by delegating tasks, reviewing deliverables, and supporting skill development.
- Select, source, and specify FF&E with consideration for aesthetics, performance, and budget.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and manufacturers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
- Conduct site visits, field measurements, and review submittals and shop drawings.
- Manage project schedules, design logs, and internal coordination to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality output.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5 years of professional experience in the United States.
- Expert proficiency in Revit (daily, hands-on use required).
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of FF&E, lighting design, construction documentation, and interior detailing.
- Working knowledge of ADA requirements and building codes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
