This is a full-time, on-site role based in Berwyn, PA, for an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney with 2 years of experience. Position may have some flexibility based on trial schedule and experience. The attorney will be working with a Partner, Associate and team. They will be responsible for managing litigation cases from start to finish, including drafting motions, conducting depositions, and preparing for and representing clients in trials. Additional responsibilities include legal research, analyzing case law, and appearing in various courts for hearings and proceedings while collaborating with a dynamic legal team.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law applicable to insurance defense litigation.
- Interest in medical malpractice/healthcare law a plus.
- Proficiency in drafting Motions and other legal documents.
- Experience with Depositions and conducting witness examinations.
- Skills in handling Trials, including case preparation and courtroom representation.
- Understanding of Courts procedures and legal protocols.
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in Pennsylvania (Required), New Jersey (Preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
