Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and related documents
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings
- Develop case strategies and provide accurate legal guidance
- Manage a varied caseload with attention to detail and timely execution
- Advocate for clients in negotiations and dispute resolution
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience; insurance coverage or third-party litigation experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance coverage law is a plus
- Experience in Federal and State Court practice preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
