Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong focus on fostering Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in industrial wholesale distribution is a plus
- Grow profitable sales within assigned markets and accounts
- Actively pursue sales growth by identifying new projects and customers
- Provide quotes to customers and proactively follow up on opportunities
- Develop product knowledge of insulation, FRP paneling, Heat trace
- Work with manager on goals and sales plan aligned with branch performance goals
- Provide consistent and proactive customer service from start to finish of order process
- Meet with customers to develop lasting profitable relationships
- Work with inventory in the warehouse as needed
- Perform any other duties related to day to day branch functions
