We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation team. The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with strong Immigration litigation skills, preferably with prior experience in an immigration law firm.

- Handle Immigration litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other litigation-related matters.
- Develop case strategies and work collaboratively with the firm's legal team.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law.
- 3 years of Immigration litigation experience preferred.
- Prior experience with an immigration law firm is strongly preferred.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational and case management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Target salary: $125,000 , with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
- In-office position preferred; remote candidates will be considered if exceptionally qualified.
