Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SEM accounts including campaign, ad group, keyword, and creative development
- Execute performance focused paid search strategies across domestic and international markets
- Create, analyze, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
- Identify opportunities to efficiently grow traffic and revenue
- Collect and analyze data from search engines and internal sources to identify trends and maximize ROI
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance
- Identify expansion opportunities and launch new local market campaigns
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on landing page optimization to increase conversion rates and quality scores
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of SEM experience with Google and Bing
- Proficiency with bulk management tools such as Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor
- Expertise with bidding tools such as Google Smart Bidding or Kenshoo
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets including vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel
- Strong analytical skills and a data driven approach
- High attention to detail and adaptable in a fast moving environment
- Self starter who thrives in an ambiguous startup setting
- Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Previous experience working in an early stage or high growth environment
- Background in travel or consumer focused industries
- Proven success creating and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Experience working on search driven or performance led products
