As the Founding Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and development of Client's wearable EEG patch hardware. You will own the electrical architecture from schematic design through prototyping and testing, ensuring reliable signal acquisition, low power consumption, and seamless integration with firmware and software systems.
This role is central to the development of a medical-grade wearable device and requires close collaboration with ML, firmware, and regulatory stakeholders.

As the Founding Electrical Engineer, you will lead the design and development of Client's wearable EEG patch hardware. You will own the electrical architecture from schematic design through prototyping and testing, ensuring reliable signal acquisition, low power consumption, and seamless integration with firmware and software systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop wearable EEG hardware systems
- Create schematics and PCB layouts for prototypes and production
- Integrate sensors, MCUs, and wireless communication modules
- Optimize signal integrity and power efficiency
- Collaborate with firmware and ML teams on data acquisition and processing
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and iterate on designs
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements for medical devices
- 3 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency with KiCad and/or Altium
- Experience with BLE-enabled MCUs, SPI communication, ADCs, and signal processing
- Strong understanding of low-noise analog design
- Plus:
- Firmware experience (Nordic Dev Kit, Zephyr)
- EEG or biomedical signal processing experience
