Key Responsibilities
Land Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support civil engineering land development designs
- Perform site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Support storm-water management and infrastructure design efforts
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, agencies, and consultants
- Assist with project planning, permitting, and technical documentation
- Support multiple projects while maintaining schedules and quality standards
- Collaborate on both public sector and private sector developments
- Participate in project meetings and client coordination activities
Land Development Engineer
- 6 to 10 years of civil engineering experience
- Experience in land development design
- Strong knowledge of site development and infrastructure projects
- Civil Engineering degree required
- Proficiency with Civil3D and Auto-CAD
- 8 to 15 years of civil engineering experience
- Experience managing land development projects and client relationships
- Strong background in site planning, storm-water management, and infrastructure design
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project coordination efforts
- Civil Engineering degree required
- Proficiency with Civil3D and Auto-CAD
- EIT or PE license preferred
- Experience supporting public sector or federal agency projects is a plus
