Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (four 10-hour shifts)
- Overtime: As needed
- Work Location: On-site
- Pay Range: Based on experience

- Print products according to job specifications, quality standards, and documented work instructions
- Review and verify job ticket requirements (substrate, inks, plates, dies, anilox rolls, etc.)
- Set up and operate narrow web flexographic presses, including:
- Installing plates, dies, inks, anilox rolls, and substrates
- Making adjustments to maintain print quality (registration, impression, ink laydown, die cutting)
- Complete all startup checks, verify barcode scanability, and obtain start approval
- Perform and document in-process inspections throughout production runs
- Complete end-of-job verification to ensure finished products meet approved standards
- Perform routine press cleaning, care, and general maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical or print issues and escalate when necessary
- Provide guidance to press assistants as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of flexographic press operating experience (narrow web preferred)
- Ability to independently set up, operate, and perform preventative maintenance on flexographic presses
- Basic computer skills (email and basic word processing)
- Basic leadership skills to direct press assistants
- Strong basic math skills and ability to read measurements/rulers
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules and work instructions
- English proficiency for safety and job requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Digital press experience
