What You'll Own
Teamwork & Execution
- Visit job sites to drive progress and keep projects moving
- Evaluate needs for labor, materials, and resources
- Communicate customer questions, concerns, and changes to the project team
- Act as the bridge between field operations and leadership
- Mentor lead electricians and guide crews in efficient, high-quality installations
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, schematics, and project direction
- Develop team members by pushing growth while supporting success
- Provide regular "look ahead" reports for each project
- Notify leadership of manpower changes, jobsite conditions, and risks
- Maintain material lists and communicate needs with proper lead time
- Coordinate with general contractors, customers, and other trades
- Report deviations before work is performed
- Set the tone be early, prepared, and accountable
- Enforce standards for time, performance, and professionalism
- Lead by example
- Maintain a safe, compliant jobsite at all times
- Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards
- Electrical license or 7 to 10 years of equivalent experience
- Strong background in commercial and or industrial electrical systems
- Proven experience leading large-scale electrical projects and teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and jobsite standards
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- High school diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
