Key Responsibilities
- Interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications
- Perform field layout and assist with day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate field activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with schedules
- Track quantities, materials, and equipment usage on-site
- Support procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in cost tracking and help maintain budget controls
- Identify field issues and collaborate with project teams to resolve them
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with construction software is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
