About the Job:-
- The client is primarily looking for someone with strong customer service, communication, and computer skills. HVAC or refrigeration experience is preferred but not required, as they are willing to train the right candidate.
- Good phone presence and professional communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Be computer savvy and comfortable working with systems/software.
- Ability to understand and gather customer specifications and requirements.
- Ability to use those specifications to help design or configure a refrigeration system.
- Comfortable working with a pricing model to prepare quotes or pricing.
- HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus, but the client can provide training.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
