Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on estate planning strategies and solutions
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
- Handle probate matters, including administration and litigation
- Analyze decedents' estates and provide legal guidance
- Prepare and assist with estate tax filings
- Develop Medicaid planning strategies and assist with applications
- Maintain direct communication with clients and provide ongoing support
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
