We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead and support the design, development, and production of portable communication accessory products. This role involves working across the full product lifecycle-from concept and prototyping through testing, validation, and production support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with analog and digital circuit design, a strong understanding of audio systems, and familiarity with battery-powered electronics.

This role involves working across the full product lifecycle-from concept and prototyping through testing, validation, and production support. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with analog and digital circuit design, a strong understanding of audio systems, and familiarity with battery-powered electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate analog and digital circuits for portable electronic communication products.
- Select and specify electronic components to meet performance, reliability, regulatory, and cost requirements.
- Create schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and provide clear direction for PCB layout.
- Analyze and evaluate product performance to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications.
- Provide support during production and resolve field issues as needed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive engineering documentation.
- Assist in defining production test requirements, procedures, and validation criteria.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience across the full product development lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in analog and audio circuit design, including op-amps, filters, power supplies, and codecs.
- Solid understanding of digital and microprocessor-based circuit design.
- Proficiency with schematic capture and electronic design/analysis tools.
- Familiarity with EMC/ESD compliance standards; knowledge of Intrinsically Safe standards (UL, ATEX, FM) is a plus.
- Experience with embedded systems programming is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly driven, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and documentation skills.
