Responsibilities
- Lead and develop facilities maintenance teams, setting priorities and coordinating daily work.
- Oversee maintenance management, repair procedures, and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) records.
- Direct inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Manage facility projects, contractors, and resources; track work through Microsoft Office tools and CMMS.
- Apply Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and other safety regulations; review schematics and ensure work follows approved procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, team management, and supervising experience in facilities management or facilities maintenance management.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, maintenance management, project management, and managing facilities maintenance teams.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with mechanical systems repair, HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), use a voltmeter and ohmmeter, and work with high- and low-voltage systems; electrical experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- English proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CMMS, schematics, maintenance repair procedures, OSHA, and safety regulations.
Salary : $50,400 - $60,800
