- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Perform machine offsets, tool adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure machined components meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Document production output, inspection results, and machine data.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and meet production schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow, productivity, and product quality.
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or in a related machining or manufacturing role.

- Experience with milling and precision machining.
