Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and META Ads Manager (Facebook Instagram).
- Conduct ongoing keyword and audience research to refine targeting and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Develop A/B tests across creative, copy, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance data and prepare insightful weekly and monthly reporting.
- Stay updated on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
- Maintain strong quality control across all ads, ensuring accurate tracking, UTM tagging, and pixel integration.
- Support growth initiatives through experimentation, trend analysis, and competitive research.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google and META paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, META Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify and tracking pixels.
- Experience with e-commerce and/or lead-generation funnels is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2-3 days/week in our office).
