What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate / Business Attorney position at W3Global?
We've partnered with an entrepreneurial law firm in the Nashville area that is rethinking what a modern business-law practice can look like. They are looking for a Corporate / Business Attorney who wants more than simply a traditional legal career. The firm works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and growing companies, providing sophisticated legal guidance while taking a broader view of the client's business, objectives and long-term success. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to be a trusted business adviser, not simply the person brought in to review a document or answer a narrow legal question. The ideal attorney will appreciate the opportunity to help shape how legal services are delivered, rather than simply stepping into an established model and following the same playbook.
