This project manager will coordinate our drafting and engineering efforts while cultivating personal growth and business performance for the highly-skilled technical team.
This team member will work closely with project managers and estimators to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and budget conscious systems.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent CAD/Drafting and technical expertise (preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management environments).
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Proactive problem solver. Must enjoy getting into details when required to solve issues.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Great communicator.
Must be able to engage with team, customers, vendors / operations to create positive outcomes.
Desire to truly have fun taking concepts to reality while contributing to a continuously evolving, unique company.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

This project manager will coordinate our drafting and engineering efforts while cultivating personal growth and business performance for the highly-skilled technical team.
This team member will work closely with project managers and estimators to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and budget conscious systems.
Responsibilities
- Creation and upkeep of the drafting and engineering schedules. Candidate must weigh task importance by evaluating due dates, impacts on department billing, project criticality, and customer relationships.
- Continue the growth of the drafting team while maximizing its effectiveness. Determine individual responsibilities and ideal time spent on each task. Report out on team utilization.
- Work with external engineering firms to source PE stamped calculation and drawing packages.
- Create detailed drawing packages using customer-provided and internally generated information including: architectural prints, specifications, sales quotes, purchase orders, and conceptual sketches. Drawings are primarily completed using 2D AutoCAD.
- Review architectural, engineered, and trade drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with Project Management and ArcSys managers to ensure timely and accurate release of proposals, submittals, and drawings for bids and production.
- Work through initial take offs and redlines with internal and external project managers.
- Review and refine / re-define Our Client current product solutions, our approach, our capabilities, the flow of our products through the channel and make vs. buy elements.
- Actively and creatively engage in the design and engineering process for a variety of projects.
- Identify new ways to satisfy customers and market needs - while creating differentiation. Forge new products and solutions. Lead the drafting team's transformation in adopting a "better way".
