Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site operations for commercial construction projects, including ground‑up and renovation work. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling discipline, and coordination across multiple trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to contract documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for commercial construction projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections
• Enforce jobsite safety plans and OSHA requirements
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and project quality standards
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors
• Track progress and report status to project managers and ownership
• Identify and resolve constructability issues proactively
• Oversee punch‑list completion and final inspections
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent
• Experience with ground‑up and/or complex renovation projects
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems and sequencing
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver's license

• Office, retail, industrial, municipal, or mixed‑use projects
• Restaurant construction
• Historical renovation
• Experience working with architects, engineers, and owner representatives
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management tools
