- Represent clients effectively while working toward cost-effective solutions.
- Assist with transactional matters as needed.
- Prior civil litigation experience.
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Both seasoned litigators and attorneys with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
