Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial accounts.
- Provide exceptional service and ongoing account management.
- Manage a book of small to mid-sized commercial accounts across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and insurance carriers.
- Coordinate and market policy renewals with Producers/Account Executives.
- Prepare competitive renewal options and present recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system.
- Ensure policies, endorsements, renewals, and related documentation are processed accurately and on time.
- Proactively identify and address clients' insurance needs.
- 3-5 years of recent experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
- Current Property, Casualty & Surety Producer License required.
- Professional designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CISR preferred.
- Experience managing a book of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
- Strong understanding of commercial P&C insurance products and coverages.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Base salary of $65,000 - $72,000 annually, based on experience.
- No commission.
- Book of business consists of small to mid-sized commercial accounts across a mix of industries.
