- Directing and controlling the work activities of construction workers
- Analyzing and making decisions on budget, schedule, and quality of work
- Providing leadership and guidance to subordinates
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, managers, and other stakeholders
- Inspecting all sites
- Coordinating with contractors and engineers
- Managing the budget and expenditure
- Purchasing necessary materials and equipment
- Making schedules
- Managing project schedules
- Monitoring the progress of the Construction Workers in the team
- Ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Following quality standards
- Ensuring the safety and security of the construction site
- Communicating and negotiating with external partners, such as vendors and lawyers
- Acting as a liaison and working closely with the project manager, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Communicating progress updates to stakeholders.
