What You'll Do
- Program and operate CMM equipment (PC-DMIS or similar)
- Take ownership of first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Develop and improve inspection processes-not just follow existing ones
- Collaborate with engineering and production to identify and resolve issues
- Support new product launches with effective inspection planning
- Contribute to elevating overall quality standards
- Hands-on experience programming and operating CMMs
- Strong knowledge of GD&T
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify discrepancies
- Troubleshooting skills on the production floor
- High attention to detail
