Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer (PE) to join a growing engineering team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical design and construction management experience who is passionate about infrastructure development and community impact. The selected candidate will play a key role in project execution, client satisfaction, and overall team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support civil engineering projects including roadway, drainage, water, and sewer design
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for technical design and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local DPW and SWB specifications and standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project schedules and deliverables
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the engineering division
  
  

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana - Required
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Required
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience
• Prior experience with DPW and SWB projects - Preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D - Required
• Experience with MicroStation and Open Roads - Plus
• Strong decision-making and team collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
