Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support civil engineering projects including roadway, drainage, water, and sewer design
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for technical design and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local DPW and SWB specifications and standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project schedules and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the engineering division
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana - Required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Required
- Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience
- Prior experience with DPW and SWB projects - Preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D - Required
- Experience with MicroStation and Open Roads - Plus
- Strong decision-making and team collaboration skills

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
