Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience
- Implement, reinforce, and continuously improve operational systems, processes, scorecards, and accountability structures
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, financial performance, and growth planning
- Ensure strong communication and alignment across office staff, production teams, and field leadership
- Optimize job costing, scheduling, margin performance, and resource allocation
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and team members
- Drive data-informed decision-making and implement KPI-based performance management
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Support execution of EOS / Traction organizational rhythm (or willingness to learn if new to EOS)
- Proven success scaling operations in construction, roofing, trades, or a similar field-service business
- Strong financial acumen with clear understanding of job costing, margins, and P&L impact
- Experience implementing and managing KPI-driven accountability
- Excellent leadership and people-management abilities across both field and office teams
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes-not just manage existing ones
- Calm, solutions-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with EOS / Traction strongly preferred
