Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering design and permitting of land development projects in the office.
- Must be licensed in Florida as a professional engineer.
- Manage engineering delivery teams in residential subdivision and commercial site design.
- As EOR, you will conduct technical review of engineering plans and calculations, and develop junior staff members.
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and technical milestones to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions
- Client and project management activities to deliver quality designs and permits.
- Coordinate with design teams to manage schedules and client expectations.
- Will have proposal writing and monthly billing responsibilities.
- Extensive experience in project scheduling, project management, client management and business development.
- Proficiency with engineering software used in land development including ADICPR, EPA net or similar pressure pipe model.
- Strong background in Land Development engineering for Single Family, Multifamily residential developments, as well as, commercial and industrial developments.
- Hands-on experience with preparing full engineering plans and supporting calculations.
- Experience in reviewing plans and calculations prepared by junior engineers and designers.
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation review, client coordination and staff development.
