Qualifications
- Expertise in Freight Brokerage and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with carriers, and internal teams.
- Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to provide outstanding support and address inquiries promptly.
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term business relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Proficiency in using logistics and freight management software.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is beneficial.
