What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Drafter position at W3Global?
- We are currently seeking a CAD Drafter to support our planning, civil and surveying departments in our Carlsbad, CA office.
- Preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and designs for Grading Plans, Sewer, Water and Street Improvement Plans.
- Prepare Slope Analysis for subdivisions.
- Preparation of exhibits and miscellaneous graphics for Power Point or other presentations.
- Ability to work in a computer aided drafting environment.
- Background in performing material takeoffs from design documents.
- Ability to use computer programs to prepare documents, spreadsheets and maps.
- Ability to work independently.
- Carry out assigned tasks with a professional demeanor reflected in excellent written and oral communications skills, listening skills, patience, analytical reasoning and problem solving ability.
