About The Role

We are a modular construction startup transforming the building industry with innovative technology and streamlined processes. We're seeking a BIM Drafter with 1-3 years of experience to produce accurate shop drawings from 3D Revit models. What You Will Do

• Develop and produce shop drawings for various project phases based on Revit 3D models.
• Ensure Revit models, installation drawings, and prefabrication shop drawings meet internal standards.
• Update or modify Revit families as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and detailing.
• Coordinate with engineering and BIM teams to ensure drawing accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Follow established BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in BIM drafting, preferably in MEP or structural disciplines.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Hands-on experience in shop drawing production.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models.
• Demonstrated ownership of quality and completeness in assigned tasks.

• Familiarity with modular construction practices.
• Basic understanding of coordination across disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
