Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, provide supervision of ABA services in a 1:1 and group settings utilizing the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Craft and implement the skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Provide oversight of direct staff collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Provide oversight to Program Supervisors in developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Maintain client data in the home by updating program data app within the required timeframe.
- Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Write progress reports detailing client achievement.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
- Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies when working with clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality based on HIPAA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
- Maintain and acquire ABA knowledge and skills by attending assigned staff trainings or meetings.
- Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities.
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Master's Degree in Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis or other related field
- Bilingual is preferred but not required

Salary : $84,000 - $89,000
