Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- 5 years of civil litigation experience; employment law preferrable
- Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Comfortable managing cases independently
- Business-minded and client-focused
- Team player with ambition and accountability
- You'll take ownership of meaningful, complex matters, not just assist.
- With the help of seasoned attorneys/ mentors, lead litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions; appear confidently in court
- Represent clients in mediations and high-stakes negotiations
- Advise business clients on risk, compliance, and strategy
- Structure, draft, and negotiate contracts and transactions
- Support entity formation, governance, and business operations
- Work directly with clients as a trusted legal advisor
