Qualifications
Position: On-site
Salary: 100-150k, negotiable & commensurate with experience

Qualifications
- 2-14 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury (plaintiff-side experience preferred).
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions and trial preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a commitment to client advocacy and results.
- Manage cases from intake through resolution, including strategy development and client communication.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Take and defend depositions, and actively participate in court proceedings and trials.
- Maintain close, consistent communication with clients to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Develop case strategies with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong advocacy and successful case outcomes.
